Description: Simple wrought iron tripod based rushlight with small ball and one washer counterweight. The stem and arm square. Please note the arrow shaped rusholder and detail under. The rivet to tripod is tight and original. The three legs have a shaped profile. The down turned legs are unusual. They do not seem to be shortened. Overall good even patina. This rushlight probably North Wales c1820. This
